Corporate Event: Circus Theme Reception
This client hosted their international conference at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Large general session by day with standard IMAG and content… and by night – a circus with over 15 acts across six stages. There are smaller, satellite stages on the edges for individual performers like jugglers or silks.
-Oversaw budget and managed client expectations.
-Designed and drafted (Vectorworks) the lighting rig
-Engineered the plot.
-Created shop order and worked with the shop on unavailable equipment and substitutions.
-Prepped and installed with Local 720.
-Worked with client and design team to create the appropriate atmosphere and ambiance.
